Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Mazaji application ("App") operated by us.

            Mazaji and its AI Companion ("Serene") are designed to assist with self-reflection and mood tracking. Mazaji is not a medical device, does not provide medical or psychological therapy, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or crisis, please contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911 or local emergency hotlines) immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms ١. قبول الشروط

By downloading, accessing, or using Mazaji, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately delete the App and stop using our services.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases ٢. الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق

Certain premium features of Mazaji require a subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are managed exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple’s standard billing terms.

تتطلب بعض الميزات المتقدمة في تطبيق مزاجي اشتراكاً مدفوعاً. سيتم خصم الرسوم من حساب Apple ID الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها من إعدادات حساب Apple ID الخاص بك قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية. تتم إدارة عمليات الشراء حصرياً بواسطة Apple وتخضع لشروط الفوترة القياسية الخاصة بها.

3. Privacy & AI Usage ٣. الخصوصية واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي

Your privacy is crucial to us. The local tracking data you enter is secured on your device via SQLCipher encryption. Any queries sent to our AI Companion ("Serene") are processed statelessly, meaning your text is discarded immediately after generating a response. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we safeguard your data.

خصوصيتك أمر بالغ الأهمية بالنسبة لنا. يتم تأمين بيانات التتبع المحلية التي تدخلها على جهازك عبر تشفير SQLCipher. تُعالج أي استفسارات يتم إرسالها إلى المساعد الذكي ("سيرين") بشكل لحظي (Stateless)، مما يعني حذف نصوصك فور إنشاء الرد. يرجى مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية لفهم كيفية حمايتنا لبياناتك.

4. Limitation of Liability ٤. حدود المسؤولية

Mazaji and its AI outputs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or medical outcomes based on information or advice generated within the App. Conversational outputs generated by the AI Companion are meant for reflective purposes and do not represent guaranteed advice or facts.

يتم تقديم تطبيق مزاجي ومخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي الخاصة به "كما هي" و "حسب توفرها". نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن أي قرارات أو إجراءات أو نتائج طبية تُتخذ بناءً على المعلومات أو النصائح التي يتم إنشاؤها داخل التطبيق. إن المحادثات الصادرة عن المساعد الذكي مخصصة لأغراض التأمل والتحفيز الذاتي فقط، ولا تمثل نصائح أو حقائق مضمونة.

5. Changes to This Agreement ٥. التعديلات على الاتفاقية

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any major changes within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط أو استبدالها في أي وقت. سنقوم بإعلامك بأي تغييرات رئيسية تظهر داخل التطبيق. إن استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد أي تغييرات يعبر عن قبولك للشروط المعدلة.
